OUR MISSION

Our mission is to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing by providing access to the transformative power of polo and horses in nature. Through our non-profit organization, we strive to create a community that fosters personal growth, community, and connection with the natural world. Our goal is to make this enriching experience accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability, and to inspire a lifelong passion for equestrian sports and outdoor recreation. We are a Registered 501 (c) 3 with the IRS.

Since 2011, FlakoLeague has created an unmatched comprehensive coaching and polo lifestyle program. Operating in Santa Barbara and Wellington, Florida - FlakoLeague provides over 25 years of wisdom and experience while bringing the culture of polo, Argentina and passion for nature to each and every client.

Our strength lies not only in the integrity of our words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started FlakoLeague in 2011, we understood that by creating a comprehensive coaching and polo lifestyle program, we were giving people (especially children) an open space to play, commune with horses and nature, create lasting friendships, be part of an extraordinary community and create stability. Ultimately we were building solid life foundations. We work together in a symbiotic relationship to provide a unique space. While FlakoLeague operates as a for-profit exclusive polo experience, we place a strong emphasis on community building. Thru organized events such as Argentine Asados, polo tournaments, picnics and barn nights. We also raise funds to support Equusaid.

Current Fundraising

We are currently seeking funding to purchase a property that will serve as a permanent home for our organization.

We have been operating for several years now, and we have seen firsthand the positive impact that our program has on our clients. Our team is committed to improving the lives of our clients and we believe that our program can make a real difference in the community.

We are reaching out to private foundations, government agencies and private donors who align with our mission to support us in this endeavor.

Our equine program has been recognized for its effectiveness in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We believe that having a permanent home for our organization will allow us to expand our program and serve even more individuals in need.

Meet Flako

Sebastian "Flako" Tkacik brings over 25 years of experience as a world class

Polo Pro, manager and coach into this extraordinary program. Fueled by passion and love for horses, nature, and the polo lifestyle, Flako brings his unique perspective from his upbringing in Argentina to every ounce of his curated programs. Flako has a deep understanding of the nuances of nature and of polo. He has been celebrated as pro, a trainer, manager and coach and has unprecedented experience and wisdom.
